Evening Spring Bat Walk with Michael Blencowe
Wednesday 16th April
7.15-9.15pm
Carpenter’s Hut, Laughton Greenwood
Following sell-out events in August and October of last year, Michael Blencowe is back at Laughton Greenwood leading one of his ever-popular bat walks.
The evening will begin with a short talk where we’ll learn more about these incredible animals and how they have adapted to live life after dark, while enjoying tea, coffee and cake. Then we’ll head deeper into the woods for a nocturnal walk, armed with handheld bat detectors, to look and listen for pipistrelles, serotines, noctules and other bat species.
This event is very popular, booking is essential. Click here to book.
